smiling despite not able to fulfil my a&b until sat (during svc) cuz.. ya lump sum payment.. so ah.. think exceed the transaction amt.. sigh sigh.. think I'll have to write on the envelop on sat ... cuz AXS machine cannot process the amt too... (think the a&b plus tithe will be wa... a lot... but yay!)
Oh... :) finally got the 07 bonus... :) (though the way the HR compute the payout is a bit cheem to understand.. cuz it's based on Group performance + individual performance.. oh well.. at least i know I'm in the upper quartile (with the additional EVA bonus one.. ) hmm even after pro-ration, it's still rather substantial.. :) Principle of sowing and reaping .. the ROI in this A&B is approximately 640% in total cuz on top of the 07 performance bonus, I've an unexpected salary adjustment of 8% a month (was only confirmed in mid dec.) wef Jan and the Board decided to pay out upfront a month of year 08 bonus (over 12 months).. :) yay... so can't wait for Sat... :)
